Position: Logistic Manager

Vacancy Number: 1

Job Duration: May 2021 to October 2021 may be extended depend on availability of fund.

Education: Honors & Masters in Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Studies or any relevant discipline. Also PGD or Professional Degree in Supply may add valued.

Experience: At least 3 years experience in NGO or INGO with Development & Humanitarian sectors.

Requirements: Following Humanitarian Principles. Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Ability to perform multitask. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to understand local language. Males & Females both are allowed for apply. Sound knowledge of use different software related procurement. Sound knowledge on procurement management & supply chain. Sound knowledge in English speaking & writing. Ability to updates to achieve improved results. Knowledge about information & communications technology.

Salary & Other Benefits: Salary according to experience. Other benefits as per organization policy.

Job Location: Cox's Bazar

Responsibilities: Ensure procurement for project materials. Distribute materials and received goods from concern departments. Maintain liaison with external stakeholders. Ensure transparent procurement process. Performs quality control to avoid any delay. Maintain procurement plan & help updating budget control file. Maintain all logistics records. Prepare work order upon ensuring all documents such as, CBA, PR, PO, RFQ, GRN, Note for records. Update asset register according to Law & Donor's rules. Follow up equipment movement. Implement inventory system. Knowledge about VAT & TAX. Maintain good relationship with IT, HR, Program departments and Finance. Participate in Weekly meetings, internal meetings, outside meetings etc.
