Position: Sales Managers (For some vacant territories)

Education: Honors and Masters in any discipline with science background from any reputed University. MBA in Marketing candidate will get advantage.

Experience: At least 18 to 20 years experience in our country any reputed pharmaceutical company.

Requirements: Good analytical & research skills. Budget management proficiency & skills. Excellent technical, innovative, confident, self driven, problem solving skills. Skills in Planning, Organization & leadership skills. Must be strives trustworthy, excellence, dependable. Good communication skills in verbal & written. Able to thinking innovative & creatively.

Job Location: Dhaka, Head Office

Salary and Other Benefits: Salary Negotiable and Other benefits as per company policy.

Responsibilities: Team working according to company values & culture. Prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication. Responsible for overall market share & sales growth. Ensure sales team members are on board. Update new product launches. Responsible to play key roles as business manager, people manager, customer manager. Create good performance sales team.
