Position: General Manager, Customer Service
Education: Post Graduation or MBA in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience: Must be working experience in hospitality management will be given preference.
Responsibilities: Closely monitor overall activities of all foreign stations & local stations. Implement all company policies as decided by Management. Prepare paper & ensure agreement is made on interest of USBA. Ensure maximum utilization of manpower. Formulate policies for overseas & domestic stations. Coordinate with ICAO, CAAB & IATA authority for better handling of Cargo & Passenger. Update and prepare all types of Manuals. Coordinate with other agencies as like immigration. different embassy, customers & other airlines for smooth operation.
