The Right Kind Job Circular

Funded by USAID, The Right Kind is implementing a project at upazila and union level in Khulna, Barisal and Dhaka divisions with fish farmers, fish equipment traders, fish stockists and public-private fisheries organizations. Some skilled and experienced Field Officers / Territory Officers will be appointed for the specified period in working area of ​​the project.

Working Area: Barguna, Patuakhali, Barisal, Madaripur, Bagerhat, Jessore, Satkhira, Khulna and Jhenaidah districts. Candidates in above districts are specially requested to apply.

The Right Kind Job Responsibilities

To organize meetings and assist in training of fish farmers and equipment traders. To help in promotion of various products related to fish farming. Organization various digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, call center and mobile applications to teach fish farmers practically. Collect accurate data of fish farmers according to the format. Conduct activities as advised by supervisor.

The Right Kind Job Educational Qualifications

Minimum Graduation. Candidates with an agricultural degree or diploma are being encouraged to apply.

The Right Kind Job Other Qualifications

Must have a driving license and have own motorcycle will be preferred. Must have own smart phone and be proficient in using smart phone, computer and internet. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in agricultural materials marketing or microfinance.

The Right Kind Job Salary & Other Benefits

BDT 20,000 to 30,000 taka. In case of more experienced candidates, salary increase may be considered. In addition, phone and internet bills and travel expenses will be borne by the organization.
