Position Name: Sr. Officer/ Executive- Distribution

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any private and public University.

Experience: At least 2 to 5 years working experience in related position. FMCG industry experience will get prefer.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Responsibility: ERP Maintain record. Inventories maintain as per inventory control procedures as Last-In Last-Out, First-In First-Out, Shelf Life etc. Ensure cold room temperature maintain product quality. Utilizing plan by on time successful product delivered. Minimum stock in depot for fulfilling urgent demand. Stock delivery to distributors & utilizing plan. Prepare on time requisitions accordingly. Ensure on time distribution of right amount. Maintaining quality of products. Vehicle Management. Resource utilization & Effective route plan. Reduce damage & assuring cold room maintenance. Ensure on time distribution of right amount of product.

Explore & Identify new business opportunities in hotels, education institutions, restaurants, parks, cafe, community centers, canteens, clubs & others potential sales generating source. Maintain good relation with field forces, distributors & outlets. Maintain product quality. Responsible for credit management & sales operation. Manager and supervise all depot operation to deport activities. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales target.

Education: M.Sc in Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed University.

Responsibilities: Monitor required hygiene & safety standards production area. Ensure food safety through critical control point. Ensure quality raw materials & finish products such as frozen foods, dry fish, ice creams, bakery items etc. Provide test report of finished products. Create statistical process control. Maintain ISO 22000 guidelines.
