Position: Union Facilitator-Market Linkage Development

Educational Qualification: B.Com (Pass)/ Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Livestock/ Diploma in Agriculture from any reputed Institution.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 1/2 year experience in Market Linkage. Preference will be given to qualified candidates from Jaliapalang, Ratnapalang, Rajapalang and Palangkhali Unions of Ukhia Upazila of Cox's Bazar District.

Job Place: Cox's Bazar District, Ukhia Upazila, Union (Rajapalang, Ratnapalang, Jaliapalang and Palangkhali)

Requirements: Candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen and have the mentality to work in the unions under Ukhia Upazila. Candidates should be aware of child protection and rights. Selected candidate will not be able to work in any other organization after joining. Students studying do not need to apply. Age 19-40 years (on 30/06/2021). Age 19 to 40 years.

Responsibilities: Perform the necessary functions for the formation of producer groups. To form teams at the field level with the producer group and to organize group meetings. To collect information of all the members of the family attached to the producer group. Selecting market actors and arranging orientation. Entrepreneurial, training and business management centered on 4 Livelihoods. Arranging training on grading, processing and packaging after grain collection. Product market mapping, business planning, packaging material verification and arranging market linkages. Visiting, advising, assisting and monitoring the family of the Union's manufacturing group. Ensuring product access to the market by arranging workshops / meetings with various market actors, public and private sectors with manufacturing group members. Arrange for productive group members to exchange ideas with productive group members to inspect the business. To establish good relations with the Union Parishads and Committees, various Government Institutions, NGOs, Service Providers, Communities and to maintain regular communication. Linking the families of the producer group members with various banks, financial institutions, microfinance institutions and service providers. Collecting information through regular mobile apps to keep track of the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the beneficiary households of the project production group. Gather the necessary information to prepare reports for the various indicators of the production group members and prepare monthly reports. Assist in implementation of Ultra Poor Graduation Model as per project guidelines and policies.

Salary: 20,000 / - (twenty thousand taka) per month.

Job Place: Branch offices of Microfinance located in different upazilas of Pabna, Sirajganj, Tangail, Gaibandha, Rangpur and Cox's Bazar districts.

Job Nature: Full Time

Education: HSC  (Graduation will get preference).

Requirements: Preference will be given to experienced candidates. Age at most 35 years. All original certificates of educational qualifications must be submitted and the father / responsible person must be contracted with the company as a guarantor. Must work on a motorcycle (priority if you have your own motorcycle). If you do not have your own motorcycle, you have to buy a motorcycle within a maximum of three months of recruitment. Must bring along all original certificates and original copy of National Identity Card at the time of examination. Applicants studying and prior are not required to apply.

Salary: Apprenticeship (six months) this time monthly BDT 13,125 /= (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Five) . After stabilization, a total of BDT 15,938/= (Fifteen Thousand Nine Thirty Eight) will be paid along with a maximum field allowance of BDT 1,000 / - per month.
