Position Name: Shift Miller

Education: B.Sc in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
Job Requirement: Assist Plant Head, Communicate with other shift millers. Monitor testing result, Supervision in mill repairs or roll changes. Replacing sprockets, Documents review QA analysis. Proper adjustment of purifiers. Adjust roll brushes. Clean or Transfer accurately based on information Plan Head. Scheduling Workforce. Repairs and Sanitation. Maximize optimum yield. Minimize unscheduled downtime.

Position Name: Assistant Manager or Manager - QC and QA

Education: M.Sc with B.Sc in Food technology or Food science.
Job Requirement: Responsible for proper execution of all quality. Manage over all customer management process. Maintain quality standards in Plant. Any other job assigned by Management.

Experience: At least five years of working experience in related field for the post Shift miller & Assistant Manger or Manager - QC and QA. That means flour mill sector experience will get prefer.

Position Name: Mill Operator

Education: At least SSC pass.
Experience At least two years in related field.
Job Requirement: Complete magnet master & logs sanitation schedules. Meet run efficiency standards. Unloading and loading of vehicles. Responsible for ensuring quality production. Other task assigned by supervisor.

Position Name: Officer- Lab

Education: Diploma in food science or technology.
Job Requirements: Assist in batching flour testing. Collect raw materials sample. Checking raw materials. Clean laboratory properly. Timely informing QC miller. Monitoring raw materials. Ensure bulk loading procedure. Bulk flour inspection & checking. Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor.
