ESDF Thakurgaon is producing more than 50 products including mozzarella cheese, Eco ghee, Eco butter, Aroni mustard oil, carpets, rugs, Eco-friendly building materials, Full grain rice, Safe vegetables, Fried bean beech, Fried jack-fruit beech. Position Name: Production Development Executive

Position Number: 01

Education: BSc (Agriculture) / MSc (Agriculture) / Other related subjects. However, if you have successful experience in marketing, educational qualifications and age can be relaxed.

Responsibilities: Make sure product sales service before and after. Pricing, location, branding and advertising of products. Solve product related problems and ensure product quality. Preparing product catalogs, brochures and booklets. Liaison with private and government organizations. Creating product budgets, forecasting and ensuring the availability of products. Collect market information, market forecast and execute accordingly. Successfully forget about your own initiatives through the team in a self-committed way through successful leadership. Conduct any other relevant work as determined by the authority.

Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

Experience: At least 3-5 years experience as an executive in marketing of agricultural / non-agricultural products produced in Bangladesh. Must be familiar with computer related software and business community. Must have up-to-date analytical ideas about product quality, branding and existing market for similar products.

Position Name: General Manager (Marketing & Sales)

Position Number: 01

Education: Educational qualifications and age can be relaxed if you have a minimum bachelor's degree but have successful experience in marketing in a senior executive position.

Responsibilities: Market creation and expansion. Effectively forget your own initiatives through the team in a self-committed way through successful leadership. Effective research and planning on products and markets. Medium of innovative strategy in marketing is to spread the product in the fastest time.

Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

Experience: At least 06 (six) years experience as a senior executive in marketing of agricultural / non-agricultural products produced in Bangladesh. Must have practical experience in creating and expanding potential markets. Must have clear idea about banking, VAT, tax, customs, regulation. Must have up-to-date analytical ideas about product quality, branding and existing market for similar products. Must be familiar with computer related software and business community.

Dhaka and Thakurgaon. However, it will be considered as a work area in the whole country.
