Qualifications: MBA degree in HRM from any reputed University. LLB degree will be given preference. Should be proactive, assertive and forward thinking. Should have excellent communication, IT and presentation skills. Ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence while being a performance oriented team player. Should have effective time management skill, prioritization capabilities and ability to work under pressure. Problem solving ability with the process oriented mind set.
Key Responsibilities: Collect all report & statement for inquiry. Taking steps as per higher management decision. Making good relationship between staff and workers. Issue inquiry letter. Writing show cause and warning letter on disciplinary actions. work on all disciplinary actions. Conduct investigation on disciplinary actions. Conduct Primary investigation. Ensure employee motivation. Conduct new staff and worker's orientation.
