To support & strenghten our existing chronic care sales team we are looking for ambitious, intelligent, smart, energetic & committed individuals for the following position:
Position: Area Manager
Job Descriptions:
1. Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to doctors.
2. To achieve sales target of area by ensuring achievement of individual team member
3. Development of an entry level sales team who are highly skilled, knowledgeable & visionary about career progression in a pharmaceutical sales team
4. Implementation of top management decision & promotional guideline in the field
5. Development of relationship with top diabetologist & cardiologist of assigned territory
6. To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team member
7. To apprise team members perfectly & to award them with fair adjustment
Educational Requirements: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma, Honors/ Masters in science discipline from a well reputed education institution. MBA degree from any reputed University will be considered as an additional advantage.
Experience Requirements: At least 4 (four) years experience of working in a cardiac or anti-diabetic product promotion sales team in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
