Position: Management Trainee

Educational Qualification: Four year Graduation Degree in any discipline from any reputed UGC approved University. Also candidate must minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and 4.00 out 5.00.

Requirements: Age not over 30 years as on 26 September 2021. Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh. Proficiency in computer literacy and good analytical skills. Interpersonal and strong communication skills. Self-motivated, dedicated and career focused.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will have to sit for a competitive written test. In written test successful candidates will be called for two phase interview. Merit list will be prepared on basis of combined result of written test and viva-voce. Selection process will purely on merit basis. Final selection will make on the basis of interview with management.

Placement Process: A successful management trainee will remain on one year probation period. After satisfactory completion of probation period, they will be confirmed as Senior Officer in regular pay scale of Bank.
