Position: Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science, Applied Physics, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE) from any UGC approved reputed foreign/ local University with satisfactory academic recors. Post Graduation Degree/ MBA in ICT will be treated as additional qualifications.
Job Nature: Full Time
Experience: At least 12 years working experience in field of Information and Communication Technology in any reputed financial institution or bank. Experience in Banking industry will get preference. Candidate must have experience in Banking IT related planning and policy, application, financial network, cyber security technology, payment technology, financial information. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Able to generate innovation ideas focusing on customer and business facing products. Experience of Internet Banking, Core Banking Solution, ATM & POS, BATCH, BEFTN, Mobile Banking will get preference. Good technological trends to build strategy knowledge. Good understanding of business planning and budgets. Candidate must be an associate member/ member of any computer society.
Age: In 31 October 2021 not over 50 years old.
Responsibilities: Responsible for secured reliable operation of bank from technological perspective. Analyze existing IT infrastructure of design changes and Bank by following global benchmark and standard to ensure best practices in the field of information technology networking and systems. Effectively team motivation, manage staffing and resource development. Time and monitor to time review of software, hardware and network status of Banks data center. Ensure technological deliveries to meet regulatory and business objectives and to following compliance in alignment. Update and review IT policy and ICT security policy of Bank. Ensure secured assess to bank network system. Ensure effective data management and service. Ensure statutory compliance of all IT services.
