Special Olympics Bangladesh was established in 1993. It is an affiliate of SOI (Special Olympics International) is also registerd with BD NGO Affairs Bureau. Recently SOBD decide to recruit a Finance Officer.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Annual Tax Return within due time.
2. Maintain organization all VAT related register.
3. Need to maintain all VAT & Tax forms with NBR directives.
4. All staff salary tax related information to submit Tax Office.
5. Monthly, Half yearly & Yearly VAT returns.
6. Income Tax Ordinance 1984 & VAT Act 20121 other rules maintain.
7. Maintains Cash Book, Ledger & other related books of Accounts.
8. Maintains Procurement full process.
9. Always ensure important documentation & financial procedures are Donor and SOBD requirements.
10. Ensure proper Accounting System, principles and policies.
11. Maintained effective accounting system of all financial information.
12. Maintain Insurance companies.
13. Maintain Financial institutions & NGO Aaffairs Bureau.
14. Maintain liasion with Banks.

Qualifications:
1. M.Com/MBA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting from a reputed University.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience in Accounts or Finance Department.
3. Working experience in NGO will be preferred.
4. Experience in working with any Accounting Software.
5. Need Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
