Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in similar discipline from any private or public University.
Responsibilities: Implement, oversee and plan risk related practices/ programs & caution. Schedule & coordinate required compliance training. Proactively audit practices, processes & documents to find out weakness. Provide necessary guideline to Factory Administration, HR and compliance team. Plan to manage compliance / crisis violation. Ensure legal policies, compliance, and procedures for dismissal & termination. Negotiate & discus with top management regarding guest entertainment, printing item, non compliance issues, ensuring cleanliness of factory. Maintain procedure and process to uphold certification. Monitor & follow up arrangement of all kinds of compliance audit. Propose plans & understand plans for various CAP ensure & highlighted.
Experience: At Least 10 years working experience in similar field.
Requirements: Sound computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Self motivated, pro-active & disciplined. Fluency in Communication and written in Bangla and English will get preferring. Risk management experience. Industry professional & practices standards.
