Credit and Development Fund (CDF) Job Circular

Position Name: Deputy Director (Network, Linkage & Research)
Educational Qualification: Honors/Masters in Social Sciences/English/Statistics/Economics/Accounting/Finance from a reputed University. Specially required BBA/MBA mojor in Finance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.

Others Requirements:
1. Should have excellent proficiency in conducting research and content analysis, writing annual & study reports and developing business plan.
2. Candidate should be efficient in formal Communications.
3. She/He should have sound professional and leadership skill and conceptual clarity of development issues and should be capable of thinking out of the box.
4. Candidate should be fluent in presenting theoretical and practical standpoints both in Bangla and English.
5. She/He should possess good computer skills in MS office, PowerPoint, access, excel, data analysis, web browsing and email communications etc.
6. Candidate should be experience on Microfinance with NGO MFI's or with Donors/International Organizations/Network will not be entertained.
7. Age maximum 45 years old

Salary & other benefits: Consolidate monthly salary amount, to be negotiable, during period of probation. Based on satisfactory performance, he/she will be placed in appropriate pay scale.
