Educational Qualification: Masters in Journalism/ Communications/ English/ Relevant fields form any reputed public or private University.
Job Location: Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh
Responsibilities: Responsible to produce analytical report. Visit field to gather information & result related to programme. Provide good quality formatting & editing for all programme related documents. Progress reporting continuous analysis of facilitate project review, achievements, audits & evaluation. Prepare Yearly, half yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports based on statistics & analysis. Support programme staff in managing seminars, workshops, organizing, press conferences & field visit as required. Maintain working relationship with UNHCH & BDRCS counterparts. Prepare reconciliation report & Stock report reflecting distribution, dispatch, receipt, handover, damaged NFIs in line with commodity accounting.
Experience: At least 7 years relevant working experience.
Requirements: Communication, techniques, reporting, diffusion strategies, documentation, audio visual material preparation, publication in relation to conservation & development fields. Possess excellent editing, writing & speaking skills in English & Bangla. Good knowledge in latest electronic publishing & graphics methods. Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and PowerPoint, English & Bangla language typing. Fluent spoken, written English & Bangla languages. Competencies in Professional mastery, Communications, teamwork, analytical skills, ability to think strategically & able to communicate. Strong organizational skills, logical approach to task, methodological and problem solving. Sound facilitation, presentation & note taking skills.. Ability to analyses, synthesize, organize large amounts of information. Ability to promote collaboration.
