Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any subject related to social sciences or subjects. Only female candidates can apply. Responsibilities: To develop and implement OCC project activities as per plan. Daily management and follow-up of all GBV cases. Maintain daily contact with all service providers and other service providers (Health, Mental Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health - SRH, Asylum, NFI, Legal Aid) for referrals. Maintaining Survivor-Oriented Guiding Policies when Working with Survivors and Ensuring that Policies Are Applied. Create, update, and save GBV data files. Identify survivor women and adolescents and ensure documentation. Directly assist women and adolescents who are victims of violence and work in line with guidelines related to the formulation, implementation, follow-up, case closing process and case management. Ensure that the principles of ‘do no harm’ and ‘privacy’ are observed and upheld during the implementation of activities. Maintain regular contact with other stakeholders in the work area. The goal of the index is to help gather the information needed for monitoring activities. To perform other duies assigned by the authority as required for the project.
Work: The case worker will learn about the work of the OCC and provide individualized home-based assistance to women at risk in the community. He must be sympathetic and at the same time be a good listener if he is to work in EPD. The case worker will be responsible for providing psychological and initial case management services and support to the GBV survivor by providing information on services related to individual counseling, follow-up support and referral pathways. Caseworkers will provide GBV case management, PSS, PFA and referral assistance, and international standards of GBV case management must be adhered to when providing such assistance. As well as casual work, home-based inspections in the community, making reports and highlighting their needs as needed. The case worker will be directly reportable along with the OCC MHPSS officer and he will have to report on a daily basis. The case worker must be located in the work area near the OCC (within 5 km).
