- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, clients and executives in meetings.
- Preparing various financial statements and reports for audit, regulatory authorities and clients.
- Monitor the day to day financial operations.
- Excellent in corporate tax preparation, auditing.
- Develop and manage annual and multi year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forcasts.

- Supervision the reporting to various regulating authority like BSEC, DSE, CSE etc.
- Ensuring that all the activities and operations are performed in compliance with related laws & regulations.
- Conversant with business related various laws, circulars, taxation, regulations and internal auditing.
- Disseminate written policies, procedures related to compliance activities.
- Expected to extensive knowledge and skills to supervise and implement comprehensive compliance to ensure full compliance to various regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practives in compliance control.
